Narendra has zeal to work in the field of education and children supporting to develop a fun filled learning environment in schools and at home. He has an experience of training teachers in different parts of Nepal. He believes in bringing effectiveness in pedagogical practices by motivating teachers. In his career of sixteen years, Narendra has worked as a teacher, trainer, as well as the School Principal. He is keen observant of Nepali educational practices and has been writing articles, poetry and other forms of literature for children. At the Paailaa Foundation Nepal, he is involved in preparing for and training school level teachers and leading training programmes. He has been publishing and editing Baal Uday a magazine for children in Nepali language. He takes challenges to bring about growth, development and positive changes in children supporting them as a friend.
